Influencers Conference

The Adelaide conference commences at 7pm on Thursday 19th January 2012 with a Grand Opening night session. Thereafter the conference will commence daily at 9.00am and close at approximately 10.00pm each evening. The conference will break for morning tea, lunch with an extended late afternoon break. Delegates will be issued a full schedule on registration day.

Influencers Youth

Year 6 at School to Year 12 at School
The Influencers Youth Conference runs to a similar schedule in conjunction with the main Influencers Conference.

Influencers Kids

2 to 11 years
The Influencers Kids Conference will operate during all morning and evening sessions and is available for children aged 2 to 11 years . Influencers Kids conference will not operate during afternoon conference selectives. Limited places are available, so please register early to avoid disappointment.

Carparking and Public Transport:

Food and Beverages:

Meals are not included in the registration fee and food may not be brought into the conference venue. Light meals and coffee will be available for purchase on-site and a variety of food outlets are available within a close drive.

Babies and Toddlers:

Newborn to 2 Years of Age Children under 2 are welcome to accompany parents into the sessions, however we do request parents make use of the parenting room should their child become unsettled or noisy during the session. The parenting room is available for parents with babies and toddlers under the age of 2 years during all conference sessions. A live feed of the sessions is available in this room so parents can continue to enjoy the conference whilst caring for their children. Prams are not permitted into the meeting venues but can be checked into nearby valet pram park bays.

Wheelchair and Limited Mobility Access:

Allocated seating areas are provided for wheelchairs or for those requiring assistance - please advise our office of any requirements at least one week prior to conference commencement.

Accommodation:

Special delegate rates have been negotiated at the Intercontinental Adelaide hotel. Further details will be provided for this and other hotel deals shortly or telephone our office for further details.
